Walkden Gardens are a public green space owned by Trafford Council. The Friends of Walkden Gardens work with the Council, and their contractor Amey, to maintain and improve the Gardens.<\/p>\n
The Gardens are open every day and entrance is FREE OF CHARGE except on a few occasions when there are musical or theatrical performances taking place.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We regret that, except when there are theatrical events, there are no toilet facilities on site.<\/p>\n Please note that, as the Gardens are a public open space, they cannot normally be hired for private events.<\/p>\n The gates are normally opened at about 9.00am (sometimes earlier) and are officially closed at 4.30pm in Winter and 7.00pm in Summer<\/span><\/strong>. Please don\u2019t risk getting locked in!
